Fender Custom Shopスタッフの中でも一流の職人として認められたMaster BuilderであるYuriy Shishkov（ユーリ・シスコフ）により2006年に製作されたFender Custom Shop MBS 1958 Stratocaster NOS Candy Apple Red(CAR)です。

Yuriy ShishkovはJimmy Page、Paul Stanley、Nuno Bettencourt、Prince、Keith Urban等をはじめとするトップアーティストのギターを製作しています。

本機はボディにAlder、ネックにMapleを使用しています。指板ラディアスは9.5inchで、フレットはジャンボサイズの6100でヴィンテージにはない弾きやすさを可能にした一本です。ピックアップにはFender Custom Shopのブラックボビンタイプを搭載し、ミドル感が心地よくバイト感のあるサウンドです。コントロールポットはEMERSON PRO POTを採用しています。

通常使用による僅かな打痕やスクラッチ痕がありますが酷使された様子は見られず、フレットとナットの減りもほぼ無い個体です。ネックの状態も良好でトラスロッドの順反り・逆反り方向共に余裕があり電装系の状態も良好です。
